Yes! While we do require a U.S. bank account for electronic owner disbursements, we manage for many out of country investors.

No, if we manage your property, we will sign as an agent. You will however receive a copy of your lease in the portal.

Yes, we are a complete Property Management Company in Ohio. We also offer Real Estate Brokerage services to help clients buy and sell properties for rentals, flips, or personal use.

We require all new Residents to sign a 1 year lease. Once their lease expires, we send them 2 renewal options. The first option is a new 12 month lease and the second option is a Month to Month lease, normally higher per month than the 12 month lease offer. The Month to Month lease offer is always more expensive because the Resident is paying for the convenience to be able to terminate their lease at any time with a 30 day written notice.

All Residents are charged a security deposit equal to one month’s rent when they move in. These funds are held with us in a separate non interest bearing escrow account.
