Owner Turnover Financing

Ask us about our comprehensive in-house turnover financing options available for property owners. We can assist you in getting your vacant unit on the market quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing your investment potential.

  • We can often start managing your property within 2 business days after receiving all the required onboarding paperwork.

  • We manage single-family homes and small to mid-sized apartment communities.

  • Clients can access real-time reports through the owner portal, including Cash Flow, 12 Month Cash Flow, Delinquency, Lease Expiration Details, and Rent Roll Reports.

  • We hold all security deposits in a non-interest bearing account

  • Typically, we have a direct chat set up with each owner. While we cant guarantee an after hours response, we will respond to all emergencies

  • Yes, we have a team of licensed agents and brokers.

  • Yes! While we do require a U.S. bank account for electronic owner disbursements, we manage for many out of country investors.

  • No, if we manage your property, we will sign as an agent. You will however receive a copy of your lease in the portal.

  • Yes, we are a complete Property Management Company in Ohio. We also offer Real Estate Brokerage services to help clients buy and sell properties for rentals, flips, or personal use.

  • We require all new Residents to sign a 1 year lease. Once their lease expires, we send them 2 renewal options. The first option is a new 12 month lease and the second option is a Month to Month lease, normally higher per month than the 12 month lease offer. The Month to Month lease offer is always more expensive because the Resident is paying for the convenience to be able to terminate their lease at any time with a 30 day written notice.

  • All Residents are charged a security deposit equal to one month’s rent when they move in. These funds are held with us in a separate non interest bearing escrow account.
